Dr Darrell Ridley - Director & CEO. Dr Ridley created Your Domains Name Hosting Co in 2005. He believed that there was not any real quality hosting services on the market that were 100% customer focused.

Dr Ridley also wanted to provide the best support based hosting service, that is fully-featured, unmetered plans and on fast and reliable servers. We think he has achieved that! Dr Ridley has experience in the medical field and a PhD in Psychology. After retiring he had a passion for web development and design.

Dr Ridley is married with two boys and is currently living in the Philippines.

Teresita Namgyal
Teresita Namgyal - Customer Service. Teresita has been with us since the beginning. Teresita's excellent customer skills makes her an invaluable part of our team.

Teresita has a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Queensland. She has worked in both the public and private sectors, mainly as a customer service/relations manager.

Fluent in 4 languages and a mother of two, Teresita somehow finds time to dedicate herself to this job.

Michael Shane - Server Technician. Mike has been with us for a little over one year. Mike has certification in server maintenance and is highly regarded within his field.

Mike has worked for Microsoft and Linux as a software developer and has certification from both companies. Mike is a dedicated technician and is our Server Technician Manager. Mike is responsible for keeping our servers running at peak condition and is always there when problems arise. He is well liked and respected by all of the staff for his professionalism and personality.

Mike is married and has recently added twins to his family. Born in the US and educated through MIT.

Sophie Goldthorpe - Support Manager. Sophie is our customer support manager. Known as 'The Heart' of our company, Sophie is dedicated to providing the best support within the industry.

Born and educated in the US, Sophie has a Bachelor of Business Management. Sophie has worked previously for a Top 500 Fortune company before coming to work for us in 2007.

An accredited Support Manager, she has a diverse knowledge of our system that even the Director doesn't have! Awarded for her excellence in customer support, Sophie is a fantastic addition to our team.

Sophie is single and from large family of 12 kids.

Jeffrey Anderson - Technical Support, Jeffrey has been with us since the start and continues to be the leading technician. No task seems to great for Jeff and is called upon for those more difficult issues that arise from time to time.

Born and bred in Atlanta, Jeff has some impressive qualifications. He is an accredited Linux and Microsoft technician! Jeffrey is also a software programmer and an experienced with PHP, C++, ASP and Java code. Jeff has worked for Microsoft and Google. We are certainly fortunate to have him on our staff.
