Google in trouble, again!

Google is being sued by LimitNone LLC, a small software company.

The argument is basically that Google used the start-ups product and then later, copied it for their own use. The software in question, gMove, is used to move customers from Microsoft Corp's Outlook to Gmail.

The complaint accuses the Web leader of engaging in deceptive business
practices that chill competition. It seeks reimbursement from Google of
actual damages, attorneys' fees and calls on the court to award
punitive damages to LimitNone.

This is no surprise to this author. Google cannot be trusted and needs to be avoided like the plague. If you have anything Google and you value your privacy and information, then cancel your account with them and avoid signing up with them.

Google might be a giant monolith of a corporation with all the sins that go with that but if you're an adsense publisher, they're the only real game in town.
Yahoo are a joke and the less said about M$ the better.

You're right. But the less I have to do with Google, the better!

What do people expect? Google is the result of the "I can get something for nothing" thinking that pervades our society today.

Free email accounts, free office software, free online spreadsheets - free, free, free.

NOTHING is free on the internet. In the case of Google, you're paying for this marvelous goodies by sharing your information.

Got something to say?
